A short afternoon sail down the Ria to Ribiera, where we were offered a “Mediterranean” style mooring at the local yacht club. This is where you moor stern to a pontoon and pick up a line in the water to secure the bow. The berth was exposed and proving to be uncomfortable. We were later moved to a residents finger berth which was available for the night.
